Recipe for Spaghetti Sauce Using Fresh Tomatoes


Pasta, Canned tomato paste, Tomato, Pork, Onion, Salt , Black Pepper, Salad  oil, Butter, Wine ,Corn starch

Bring the pasta to a boil with water. Add salt to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes according to the instructions in the noodle package

Marinate the minced meat with salt, cooking wine and starch. Peel the tomatoes and dice the Onions

Remove the noodles and mix them with cooking oil

Melt butter in a pan

Saute the minced meat until it turns brown

Stir-fry onion and tomato. Add tomato chunks to make juice

Add tomato sauce and stir to taste

Stir-fry the noodles and add a little black pepper to taste
