No Salt Tomato Sauce Recipe
Olive Oil， Onion， Tomato， Green Onion, Basil leaves, Celery , Carrot
Chop the ingredients and heat the oil to medium-high. Saute the onion and garlic until tender
Stir in parsley, carrots, salt and pepper
Add tomato, basil and bay leaves, reduce heat, cover and simmer until thick
Remove bay leaves and try seasoning. If too acidic, add unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon at a time
Beat half tomato sauce with food grinder until smooth and no granules. Add the other half.
Refrigerate in small food bags for up to half a year after cooling. Refrigerate overnight
