Slice the onion, garlic cloves, square legs, and place on the cutting board

Add a small amount of oil to the pan. Add minced garlic and fry until golden. Add onion slices and fry until fragrant

Add tomato chunks, salt and sugar, stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes, a little rotten, add tomato sauce, simmer for about 10 minutes

In those 10 minutes, you're going to start with the water, you're going to put the pasta in, you're going to cook it a little bit more, and the pasta is going to absorb the water, and you're going to put more water in.
It takes about 2 or 3 more minutes to get to the package, so the noodles must be cooked through, otherwise it will be hard and difficult to digest

When the pasta is cooked and served, make sure it doesn't stick and spread with your chopsticks.
The tomato sauce in the pan tastes, adds sugar if it's sour, and dried basil if it's available (available in supermarkets), about a pinch.
Or with black pepper

Pour the sauce over the top and serve.
